Hailey

Hailey was born and raised in Mt. Juliet and now calls Brush Creek, Tennessee home. From a very young age, she knew she wanted to work in the veterinary field. That lifelong passion became a reality when she started her first job in a veterinary clinic, where she discovered just how rewarding it is to help pets and support the people who love them.

She joined Blue Oasis in July 2025 with the goal of gaining valuable urgent care and emergency medicine experience. Hailey was especially drawn to the fast-paced, hands-on environment, and she considers the clinic’s Fear Free approach an added bonus that allows her to provide compassionate, low-stress care during some of a pet’s most critical moments. She has a strong interest in emergency medicine and specialty care and enjoys continuing to grow her skills in these areas.

Hailey is currently attending Vol State, where she is working toward earning her Veterinary Technician license. She is passionate about learning, expanding her knowledge, and becoming the best advocate she can be for her patients.

When she’s not at the clinic or studying, Hailey enjoys unwinding with a good book, hiking with her dog Maple, and spending time with her kittens, Muffin and Bagel. She also loves thrifting, crafting, and finding creative ways to relax and recharge.
