Any no-show or same-day cancellation surgery appointments must pay a fee of $100 to reschedule.
A $74 deposit is required to schedule new client appointments which will be applied to the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if no-show or cancelled the same day (less than 24-hour notice).
We're working very hard to provide you with a great experience at your appointment. If you cannot honor the time we've set aside for you, please give us 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Any no-show appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a non-refundable fee of $30.
