Meet Our Team

Dr. Noel Lucas discovered her passion for veterinary medicine while she was growing up in northern Indiana. She was raised in an environment that included animals as part of everyday life.

Dr. Karrington Atkins was born in Augusta, GA before moving to Jackson, TN within the first year of her life. Jackson remained her hometown up until the time she left for college.

Dr. Mackenzie Haines was born in Germany and bounced around the United States for many years due to her family’s military background before they finally planted roots in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Laura Johnson, a native of Centerville, TN, has devoted her life to the field of Veterinary Medicine, driven by her unwavering love for both animals and the people who care for them.

Joy has been working for many years in the veterinary field. At Blue Oasis, she loves interacting with pet parents and their fur babies. She lives in Murfreesboro with her husband and her toy Poodle, Chelsea.

Megan has been in the veterinary industry for 22 years and acquired her veterinary technician license in 2004. She recently moved from Cleveland, Ohio to be in Tennessee with her fiancé. They share their home in Murfreesboro with 4 dogs and 2 cats.

I have recently started at Blue Oasis in December of 2023. I love the fear-free way at blue oasis pet hospital. I have always loved and wanted to help animals since I was young and knew that this is what I have wanted to do.

Jazzmine has always loved animals since she was a little girl and followed her dreams after high school. She has over seven years of experience working in the veterinary industry.

Born and raised in Mt. Juliet, Alyssa was given the opportunity straight out of high school to work in a veterinary hospital and since then has learned many things about vet med.

Makenzie graduated from MTSU in 2019 with a bachelor's Degree in Equestrian Science. She is currently in school through Penn Foster to get her Veterinary Technician license. She has always loved animals and has been in the veterinary medicine field since 2016.

Leah has been working with animals for 18 years and has been in veterinary medicine for five. She has had a special connection with animals her whole life. Originally from Dallas, TX, she has called Tennessee her home for the past 20 years.
